In some states, when people carrying assault rifles come to a Walmart, library, or etc the police say they aren’t able to arrest because they cannot prove an intention to threaten or intimidate.
Even when the Walmart is evacuated, events are repeatedly canceled, people switch jobs to feel safe, etc.
