I would have left long ago if they had send me a boat.

I guess I gotta start swimming and hope I find someone who will rescue me.

I don’t want to be here in 30 days when they come here to take me away.

Does this at least mean he’ll finally be rescued? If they want him off the island, they’ll have to come and get him — unless the plan is pick him up and then drop him off in the middle of the ocean!
