I can’t identify the last item, but the others look like too much food.
Portion size has gotten so crazy that even if my wife and I split an order, there’s leftovers.
Standard American diet (SAD).
We have a lot of locally owned restaurants, so it’s rare to see a laminated menu. I usually consider those menus as an indicator that the chef has a boring job without any freedom to experiment, working in a chain restaurant.
