Love Wallace. When I was a kid we had a swing attached to the from of the garage door opening and I could really get it swinging fast and high until one day the rope broke and I “flew” out onto the lawn. It just occurred to me now how fortunate I was that I wasn’t flung backward into the garage! Things we remember.
I remember trying something like this as a kid once. Wallace got a little more air than I did. And at least he HAD snow to cushion the landing at all (I sure didn’t).
Wimp! I can’t tell you how many times I tried to fly with just pea-gravel or grass to cushion my fall! Or course, I was young and my bones were more “flexible.”
I love Spud’s deadpan. He has a future in standup. Reminds me of Jerry Seinfeld saying “Really? How’d that work out for you?” after Kramer or George told him about some foolish escapade.

Fly, fly like the wind. Or, like an eagle. Or, like bricks don’t. Or, plummet like a brick and like the wind doesn’t.
