So I’m thinking Chris and Chance were fraternal twins, separated at birth. Twin-like first names, very similar coping mechanisms.

I’ll bet they’d drive each other blowtop mad.

All right. Wind sprints on the practice field until you are near death.

Everybody knows you don’t mess with Miss Perrine, you can expect to be in the detention box for awhile.

In all reality , Chris concludes his presentation to his classmates thunderous applause while Teddy is mocked by them as he is dragged off to detention . Meanwhile , Mr Blowtop contacts Chris about solving his Teddy problem .

So detention consists of policing the MHS campus picking up candy wrappers and empty Hoo cans. I bet Mop can use a couple of wayward lads to assist in janitorial duties. Wa-Wahhhh!

Looks like all this emasculated Teddy, in P3 he’s started to carry his books like a girl

This is lame. I was hoping at least for a few fart sounds or even chirping crickets.

Let’s hope that Miss Perrine doesn’t simply store them in her desk drawer and takes it to the staff room for some more hilarity.

P1: “-there are still 2 months of nothing before this story mercifully ends.”

P2: Did Chris get punched in the nose between panels 1 and 2?

P3: Hard to believe their sinister genius plan didn’t work. Don’t worry, phase 2 is even more clever. Whoopie cushions!

And speaking of whoopie, you might not be making any, but you’ll be screaming it when you realize that today’s issue of Mopped Up Thorp is online!

P3: Is that the best punch on the arm he can muster for getting detention? And why did they both get detention when Teddy was the one with the sound machine? Teddy must have ratted him out….seems a blanket party should be in order for Teddy.

Made me think about the false teeth scene from ‘A Christmas Story’ and the teacher putting them in her desk with all the other stuff she’d confiscated. Which coincidentally was done by nine year old students not high schoolers.
