A man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do.

That is one less house work task for Opal to do.

I was going to say get one of those battery lint shavers,but I’m sure,Earl is having more fun doing it this way.

I’m reading comics at two in the morning.

There’s a boring task if I ever saw one.

Nelson, not Earl, complained about being bored. Apparently, Earl found something “important” to do.

Nelson get a broom and push the dust from one end of the hall to the other end. Now go the other way . Not bored any more are you ;-)

The older you get, the more exciting fuzz balls feel.

As a kid Earl would go outside and watch the grass grow to escape boredom, then go down to street to where someone was painting their house and watch the paint dry. Beats picking off fuzz balls!

LOL! Entertainment is everywhere you look!

Give Nelson some bubble wrap.

Time for cribbage.

Is that a registered sport? Teams? goals? My gawd, Earl, you could start an entirely new pastime!

Seems like what is exciting when you’re young changes as you get older. When you reach old codgerhood, justwaking up in the morning is exciting.

It’s a nit-picky job, but someone has to do it.

Pickin’ fuzz balls off my sweater, that don’t bother me whatever.

After his sweater, then on to his navel (unless he’s like my buddy who woke up after abdominal surgery and no longer had a navel).

Go home, kid.

My grandkids know better than to tell me that they’re bored and there’s nothing to do. I can something for them to do, in a flat Yankee minute! They may not like what they have to do, but they’ll never be bored.

I learned never to say that I was bored or that there was nothing to do, in front of my grandmother or parents.

He’s picking Fuzz Balls off his sweater? What did he do? Beat up a cop?

Nelson sure is getting an education in geriatric activities …..Earl needs to get off that couch and take Nelson to the zoo or library….or play catch…..

Velcro cleaning, now that’s a real challenge for we well retired curmudgeons.

Look at that carpeting in frame #1 – It’s looks like a close-up of ACTUAL carpet…….. weird.

Me Too Nelson! Use Your Imagination and Create something to do,I’ll Help You,Together We can come up with something. A Lost Concept I’m sorry to say. :-} As for Earl, Excitement can come easier at Our Age. Ya don’t want to Over Do It. :-)

Earl likes to start off slow, don’t want to get too excited at his age.

Hope Earl doesn’t have dementia …….

Somebody’s gotta do it.

Opal has probably been bugging him about that sweater for a couple of years.

Fighting yawns can be difficult.

The hunt is on!

Just be really careful that one of those fuzz balls isn’t really the end of a loose string.
