Around here, a school closing is followed by about 5 dozen other things that will be closed, too.

With the advent of telework, there are no snow days for office working adults.
Adulting is hard. (Yes, I know it’s not a verb) But all the kids are saying it.
Yes the 3 stages of snow approval: child – yippee! working Adult – oh no… Retired adult – who cares?
We don’t get very much snow here, the last time we did and the school closed I did get the day off – no need to clean the classrooms if the kids were not there to mess them up!
