The new stuff is nearly non contact. A device scans your lens then makes the decision on the prescription. All computerized. However our license renewal eye test brought back the charts and letters due to fears of contamination or infection using the old eye test devices.

It’s a good thing the charts are so fun to try to pronounce, too. Otherwise, Millie might try playing to lose.
