We long for adventure I think.
We enjoy the excitement of watching the stories, but we don’t really long to be back in those days when we think about it. Just like Millie.
Any doctor will tell you that now is the best time in all of history to live. Unless you can go forward in time. If you can, you should do that.
Hats are boss. Millie has it right about romanticizing the past. It was brutal unless you were among the elite.
People only long for them since it already happened. Figures we can predict what happens so people think they can handle it better.
The future has the best of both worlds. If you go far enough that you can explore uncharted planets.
