I feel like a self-identifier here when I point out that it’s spelled sentinel lol.

    Ouch.

That’s not so much zero punches pulled as a negative number.

It’s spelled “sentinel.” You’re welcome. (love your work, btw)

Ouch! I did google it & hopefully the “orpo’s” take the hint to their miserly hearts. If not well… we defeated them once already, anyone up to the challenge again? This time we can bomb their brains with intelligence and logic!

If one were to ask other cartoonists here at Go Comics I’ll bet they would agree and probably have something like this themselves.

Someone (might have been me) noted Lennie’s frequent use of asterisks’*

Too many asterisks and footnotes may lead to confusion amongst the proletariat’**

As an example, the ‘Sentinal/Sentinel’ people might be identified as OCD’***

And the ORPO’**** crowd really need to get a life, except they would probably be offended by that, too.

OK. I get it now, Lennie! This IS kind of fun!’*****

    ‘* Could be ’mansplaining’

’** common folks like you and me, but not common taters. Common taters are most often from Idaho.

    ’*** Obsessive Complaining Disorder

    ’**** Obnoxious Really Preposterous Oxy-morons

’***** Yeah, I might need to get a life.

The things you learn reading GoComics! Googled ORPO. I imagine you were referring to the Nazi police, but there is also this definition: “..conflict can be done without casualties! The key is to follow the Compassion Cycle, …. to apply the formula ORPO: Open, Resourceful, Persistent, Open.”

BTW, do you think most of the Go Comics cartoonists pay attention to the comments made? I’m thinking about the NFL players (my 49ers) who say they stopped listening to twitter messages.

Mr. P., you ought to think about putting together a little mini comic of your nicknames. Profile and Portraits !

I don’t generally correct grammar because I write reports for a living and hate editing a lot now. However, the game of “find Ginger” never gets old. :)

First time commenter… (I love ellipses!) Googled ORPO… learned something new. I will be using ORPO henceforth — it will confound the opposition… as they do not read (much)

(Yes, I fall behind in my reading all the time.)
