3rd panel … a flying saucer? I guess there’s a joke there but I don’t get it …

So only aliens are in space near Earth? That might be one of the saucer-shaped ships from Antarctica (Nazis) or maybe the Inter System Space Force (ISSF) that was first set up in 1956 to counter those Ultima Thule Nazis. All secret of course.
