Cards cost a BUCK these days? They’re more like $2.50 and up a piece these days. :/
Get a lot of cards in the mail from groups looking for a donation. Thus we buy very few but we do donate to several groups ;-)
More like $4-5 dollars, each.
A box of cards at Dollar General® is a dollar.
There is an advantage in buying a box of all the same sympathy cards.. you are not as likely to send a duplicate as you might with a birthday card.
At the dollar store they only cost a dollar. Why buy them anywhere else?
With “Social Distancing” the word of the day, I’ll suspend the buying and sending of cards.
