I doubt there will be much to do in a “light sabre factory”. Miniaturization of nuclear fusion reactor once we get it to work will be the last ingredient in building a real one.
No “Khyber crystals” and it won’t be light it will be a High Energy Plasma in a rotating electromagnetic field.
