Ahh friend hope you are feeling better real soon. Yeah my back too today Fred. Too much bending and up and Saturday with cleaning two bathrooms top to bottom and also cleaning out the drawer in the main bathroom and under the sink….everything out bottom of cabinet along with sides…..then everything back in again. But both are now done.
I think we’ve all had those sorts of experiences … my best was the young ER doctor that was absolutely certain my chest infection was “just a viral cold” … until he heard me cough. At that point, he turned a bit paler, started babbling about mycoplasma and antibiotics, ordered X-rays stat and called for a wheelchair to take me over for said X-rays. I’d come in telling him I thought I had pneumonia (I could feel the liquid sloshing in my lungs!), so I was somewhat gratified to see the little pipsqueak in a panic.
I hope Fred is okay. The other day, he was feeling kind of bad when asked, and now again today. I hope this isn’t a trend. (I know I’m a worrywart, but I just love Fred!)

I had a senior nurse call me a hypochondriac. An emergency double bypass and replacement aortic valve later……. and I never saw him again.

My pal Dickens has been moping around the house lately. I think she misses visiting her doggie relatives…

I know Doxies and probably Bassets also have back problems. So be careful with those delicate things.

My mother would have described a person who does this as, “Ask her how she is and she’ll tell you.” Fred, please don’t turn into one of those.

Always tempted to reply (mostly to the loud “Howzit going?”), “Do you really want to know, or is that just a reflex?”
