The next generation will always find new ways to do things and will always find things wrong with how the previous generation did things. It’s not like you didn’t do the exact same thing. Conversely, the older generation will always complain about “kids these days.” It’s not like they won’t do it to the next generation.

I am in my eighties according to today`s logic I did almost everything wrong. Ponder this: how did I survive this long. Was it pure luck or cunning?

I’m old enough to remember trying to drink a milkshake with a paper straw. It usually took at least 3 or 4.

If he’s that old he should be able to remember when all drinking straws were paper….

I long for the (loosely) paper wrapped straws that you could use to put someone’s eye out with….

Actually, I’ve figured out how to do that with the new safety straws.

But I don’t want to be responsible for someone loosing an eye….. 8^)

I don’t know about a plastic straw but I can think of something you could do with a plastic bag…

You want plastic straws? I know where there are plenty. Just get a row boat. There is a place in the Pacific Ocean that is twice the size of Texas where you can get any plastic thing that you ever wanted!
