He has more of a neck than a chin.

Verne you do have a neck ! Otherwise you would not be able to pull your head into the shell. That David guy is a butt – head do not follow him for he does not know that of which he speaks .
I think Verne looks great in a scarf – and it should hide all those extra chins David claims he has!
If he wears a longer scarf, they can call him Doctor.
I used to have 3 chins. I think I am down to two now. Hoping to make it down to one some day.
I cringe each time I see that title. It makes me imagine the smell of a creek full of excrement.
His neck is just really stretchy.
