Wow. They all missed em by that much! And Betty seems to be enjoying this ordeal.

How does Tarzan know how far the underground river goes? How did the natives climb that fast into the pit to shoot their arrows at them? Don’t forget Tarzan and Betty ran into one of the tunnels into the pit where they met the lizard. This whole last part of the storyline is not really planned out that well. Then again, it’s a comic. I’ll just relax and enjoy the picture of Betty’s wet blouse.

Tarzan gets with all these cuties but never steps put on Jane. Come to think of it is Jane EVER featured in the daily version? I know that she is sometimes in the Sunday strip.
