Another poor hungry lion for Tarzan to slaughter? Numa needs to eat just like everything else and since the bars and restaurants are closed down what other choice does he have? A Pacco taco sounds filling!
A highlight of our Africa trip was watching a quartet of young lionesses (about 2 y.o., still with spots on their bellies) stalking a zebra herd. Until one of the girls broke cover and the zebras bolted. If looks could kill, the quartet would be a trio.

Male Lions tend to have a very strong scent if you happen to be downwind of them, but I would call it more acrid, than pungent,
