Dry It is funny how we get excited about seeing a fly! I saw one a few weeks ago during a warm spell.

By the summer, we’ll be swatting them. It’s 2 degrees here.

(Baldo is like the piano tuner who told me there was a mouse in our piano who ran up and down the harp strings striking them when we played the piano.

We have two entrees, Spinach pie with homemade ricotta or Eleven bean soup with a Hempler’s hamhock, chicken and smoked sausage.

It started out quite rainy here but the sun has been out all afternoon with temps in the low 50’s.

It rained heavy here all day until about 2 hours ago. We have gotten just about an inch of rain. I am glad you have had some nice weather to hit the beaches.

Everyone is playing scrabble. Since only 4 can play, I gladly make myself scarce. Besides LilG is a killer Scrabble player and I can only take so much humbling. ;-)

We are having a nice thick steak on the grill with some zucchini & onions with baked potatoes. Bookers to drink, of course!

cleo I love Scrabble. My mom and I play whenever we are together. However, I suspect the LilG would skunk me too. I plat for the enjoyment of it.

Dry I’m with you, but I’m trying to remain upbeat. After all, Marg did disappear for a shorter time I think when she had her bike accident.

Maybe this is similar. But I like your idea of a romantic getaway better!

Sorry, I couldn’t resist. I just noticed cleo’s reference to a ghost mouse in the piano. That would explain the song “Kitten on the Keys”’ It is chasing the mouse!
