Violet and Patty are walking down the lane. Patty says,"I'd like to be a grandmother"<BR><BR> Violet stops, spreads her hands, and exclaims,"So would I!! All they have to do every day is sit and rock!"<BR><BR> They stoop to pick some flowers and Patty says,"The trouble is that you first have to be a wife, and then you have to be a mother..."<BR><BR> They walk along with the flowers tucked in their hair. Violet concludes, "I know it...it's all those preliminaries that get me!"<BR><BR>

Well, you dont have to be a wife to have a child, but 4 year olds dont know that…. (Plus this was a different time)
