But religions did such a good job of bringing everyone together. (Oops, watch your step, I spilled some sarcasm here.)
But why would we have wars if religion didn’t exist?
Religious law required family dishes and a family parlor. You were required to scrub and purify the parlor if an outsider was admitted. Outsiders ate off of guest plates. If they ate off one of the family plates, it was broken and thrown away.
Shared humanity. An oxymoron if ever I heard one.
Probably in Europe, definitely in Scandinavia. Not here in the USA.
