@Number Three Today’s strip is confusing I don’t get the meaning of what our Hero Mr Andrew Capp is rambling about :o{ my avatar is bit drastic a solution for curing an epidemic , and is appropriate for the Virus Pandemic the world is having now ,how was your day? our Finally Friday is going to be very busy and boring because in Malta we have a complete shut down and since Connie and me are both over 65 we are legally quarantined in our home from tomorrow till the powers that be rightfully decide that we can , keep safe and stay inside BCNU pal
I wonder why the game Andy was watching still on while all football here in England like the Premier league was postponed till April 30th at the latest. I guess both he and his mate will have the virus and stay at home with his nagging Flo, No pubs or going into canal for him! lol!
For all my Capper friends who were concerned for my step-grandson … First, I sincerely want to thank you all for your prayers and caring comments. Second, I want to give you some good news I just received via a text from my step-son. The little guy is on the mend! They removed the second drainage tube earlier this week, the scans were good so they brought him out of his medically-induced coma.
The first thing he said to his mother was that he was hungry ( typical 10-year-old boy!) He has some more tests today, and his dad tells me if all goes well, he can go home, tomorrow.
Again, thanks to all of you for being friends and caring!!
Our local teams? Well, now, lessee: we’ve had a few baseball players get lost on their way to first base, a few football players get lost on their way to the end zone, a few basketball players who got lost and ended up in basket-WEAVING classes, a few hockey players who confused the game with water polo (and melted the ice), a few horses who couldn’t understand why there were short people sitting on top of them, a few greyhounds who thought squirrels were far more fun to chase than rabbits, and a few mixed martial artists who liked their mixed drinks far too much. Other than that………

Andy will show the new man all the sights of Hartlepool. In the dark. In a fog.
