I remember so many of these from the Peanuts books my parents had when I was a child! And this one is one that I remember best!

Also, I believe, the first time Charlie Brown tells Snoopy to come “home” with him! First time it is made clear that Snoopy is CB’s dog?

For a character entirely built on a gimmick, Pig-Pen was sure used very well and didn’t become boring
