The local In-n-Out opened back in December and it still has a triple line of cars at the drive-through!
Some grocery stores have one way aisles at the moment.
I guess the UK fast food drive throughs are on the other side.
Some McDonald’s in Canada have an ordering app that should bypass the drive through, never tried it tho
