I feel like that too, especially with school right now. I’m just waiting for this term to be over so I can switch out and go to a school that’s more my speed with something I won’t flunk in two courses.

I would say you need to get up, exercise a bit and have a good meal……but, at this point, I don’t think you would listen to me either. Eventually you will get tired of being in bed. Won’t you??

Sorry you were having a bad day Amanda. Hope you’re up and around soon. Can’t have you getting sick now because we’ll all think the worst based on our current COVID 19 virus going rampant. I know every time I cough or sneeze it comes to mind, but I know it’s nothing.

Some of us are prone to Seasonal Affective Disorder. Coupled with the changing of the clocks it can be a bummer. From Wikipedia: “Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a mood disorder subset in which people who have normal mental health throughout most of the year exhibit depressive symptoms at the same time each year, most commonly in winter. Common symptoms include sleeping too much, having little to no energy, and overeating. The condition in the summer can include heightened anxiety.”

It’s a thing. I think it’s in the DSM. Sometimes meds can help.

Well, at least your problem wasn’t one that all women go through when we find out that we can’t have children any more. Just a bad cold?
