We are always more concerned about the freedom to do something, than about the freedom from having something done to us.

If only we could keep them from loitering on the sidewalks that I need to pass.

And finally, sometime after this became law, I was able to work outside my house. Of course I had an allergy attack every time one when coworkers came in from their smoking break, but after that, a few years after that, things got better.
