I don’t know about anyone else here but since this lock down began I have been eating like crazy. I’m afraid to go near a scale. I know that I need to snap out of it. People are drinking more too, so I read. But I need to follow the shark’s example and start saying no to myself. :-) But lately it seems that it is easier said than done.
