I have a friend who, to pass the time in quarantine, did a jigsaw puzzle with the image face down.
Some puzzle manufacturers use a very limited number of cutting dies for their puzzles. So when you find two that are cut the same way, you can mix and match the pieces to create unique images.
A great way to make a puzzle harder: just mix it with another by the same company.
Depending on how many pieces in the puzzles that were dumped, that could lead to insanity trying to separate the pieces and build two puzzles.
