Older cars (some into the late 80’s) had hoods held up with springs and didn’t need prop rods. After that, cars got too complicated for “tinkering.”
he should have been shown in his mechanics uniform.
And now he’s off to the scrap yard.
Just the other day I saw another fool working under his car that was being held up by a jack. “Hey buddy! If that bolt is stuck you just need to really reef on it!!”
He left the keys in his pants and he is not wearing any pants now.
Looks more like a chipmunk trap to me.
