    My guess is that he’s going to point out how states have started taxing land at it’s potential value rather than it’s current use value. The greedy politicians figured out they could get more money to waste that way, but it forces people with low income out of their homes and off their lands when the potential value goes up a lot, such as when urban sprawl starts creeping into farm lands.
