The lessons learned in a casino are much tougher than the lessons learned in school.
We go to our local casino (currently closed) for one thing, their buffet dinner. Buffets ranked in order, 1st, Casino, 2nd, Cruise ship, 3rd, Golden Corral. Not knocking GC, their food is pretty good, just that other buffets are better, in my opinion.
Everybody in some neighborhoods is about the same age, so one lot can change to meet neighborhood needs: School, casino, community center, assisted living, and then cemetery.
