"What's he doing sitting over there?" Charlie Brown asks Lucy. They are standing on the baseball field.<BR><BR> Schroeder sits on the ground, leaning against the wooden fence.<BR><BR> "Hey, Schroeder! Aren't you gonna play?" Charlie Brown shouts.<BR><BR> "I can't...I'm just getting over the chicken pox!" Schroeder answers.<BR><BR> He raises his arms and explains: "Mom said I could watch you guys play, but I'm not to go near anyone...It's catching..."<BR><BR> "C'mon, Charlie Brown...Put it over!" Lucy calls. She stands at the plate and holds her bat in readiness.<BR><BR> POW! Lucy swings.<BR><BR> Charlie Brown, on the pitcher's mound, watches the ball as it sails by overhead.<BR><BR> The ball bounces towards Schroeder.<BR><BR> Schroeder stands up and throws it back. [PANEL 11]: Charlie Brown catches the ball. [PANEL 12]: Charlie Brown stares at the ball in his glove and says, "Just what I need...a handful of chicken pox!"<BR><BR>
