Lucy stands and demonstrates by lifting an ear.<BR><BR> "Now, I'll ask you again...do you think I'm cute?" She stands and faces Snoopy.<BR><BR> Snoopy cocks one ear. "I knew I'd get one of those 'yes and no' answers!" Lucy says.<BR><BR>

You’d think Snoopy, pretty much of ALL Peanuts characters, would have kept both ears down. But then, of course, knowing Lucy, she would have most likely slugged him, for that. So he thought he’d better play it safe, and white lie a little. But then again, just because a girl is good-looking, DOESN’T(always)mean she’s kindhearted, say—in fact, the cuter the BITCHIER—typical of pretty girls in the movies, of course.
