Mimi here is the little sister of Elodie Broussard, the French assistante we met back in “The Case of the Simple Soul”.
This is actually not her first appearance, nor was “Simple Soul” Elodie’s — they both first appeared in the Scary Go Round story “The Bell”, in which The Boy went to France to stay with the Broussards as part of the exchange program. Later in this case, we’ll get a glimpse of what Mimi looked like back then.
