Shauna’s 15, but Lottie’s actually still only 14, due to her late birthday. I don’t think she makes it to 15 before the end of the Bad Machinery run here, though she might just squeak in under the wire before the end of “Severed Alliance”.

There are two more cases after this, but unlike the other Bad Machinery stories, where it’s months or in one case more than a year between them, “The Case of the Missing Piece” actually overlaps “Space is the Place”, and “The Case of the Severed Alliance” picks up only days after the end of “Missing Piece”. So, though we’ve got quite a bit of Bad Machinery still to go here, it only covers a couple months in-comic.

Aaaand Jordan winds up Tuan. Hilarity ensues.

Jordan is a disgusting manipulator. But he has a point.

Of all the people you would think would be the sort of person who’d prove to be the undoer of Bishop’s grand visions, you wouldn’t think it’d be someone like Jordan. But then here we are.

Ben is quite the tricky fox, but I’m guessing these beagles have not yet lost the scent.
