My sister’s favorite animal is rabbits. I could see her having something Claire shouting things like this in the back of her head every time she sees one.
The elder Baxter brothers haven’t shown up much in Bad Machinery. We’ve only seen them in “The Case of the Unwelcome Visitor” when their dad made them help with Operation Lunar Eagle.
Paul was classmates with Erin Winters, though, and he made a brief appearance in the Bobbins reboot series Bobbins.horse, in the story “Sex and the City Limit”, where he and Erin gave a school report based on material for the column Shelley was allegedly writing (referenced in the story title) that Erin had filched from the wastebasket. Shelley’s column was actually being ghostwritten by Amy, because Shelley wasn’t salacious enough. The report was, predictably, a disaster.
Paul may have had a single-panel background appearance in Scary Go Round, too. He’s not named, but the hair is about right, and we know from Bobbins.horse that he was in Erin’s class.

“Fitness Crackers” would be a good name for a food product.

Poor Linton. His point of view of Claire in the last panel is really too intense. I don’t think he will be able to sleep after that view.
