You don’t have to count the words, just load up the statistics dialog and look under “word count.”

Yes, this dialogue WAS used in "It was a short summer, Charlie Brown; I have noticed, that they would do that, in a number of Peanuts prime time TV specials-they would borrow a dialogue from a cartoon that was fairly recently published, with a similar plot.
