Probably the sort of fleas who’d voluntarily jump into a solution of flea dip “for the thrill of it.”
Fleas prefer lighter colored dogs (and clothing on humans) so I would expect poor Annie to have a worse flea problem than Sophie.
For a flea, that’s an awfully short hop.
