Lucy sits in a chair and reads a book. Linus walks by and holds a book. Lucy says, "I thought you were going to study for a history test . ."<BR><BR> Linus says, "I don't have to . . . I'm just going to put the book under my pillow . . ."<BR><BR> Linus lies in bed and puts the book under his pillow. He says, "During the night, the answers will seep upward through the pillow and into my head . . ."<BR><BR> Linus lies in bed and says, "I hope!"<BR><BR>

Or a form of osmosis,or so I’ve heard it said, that a student can actually memorize the answers on a test by placing the textbook under their pillow, or something like that.

Actually, the way to make this work is to face up, open the book and rest the crease on your nose, then leave the light on and read the book over night, then the answers will seep downward into your head. Amazing, but true!

I actually tried this as a kid. I didnt have to study though so it just made my nights sleep uncomfortable.
