That IS a pretty cool twist on the ventriloquist act, but finding one as tiny as Jeff would be kinda hard.

Yeah, I guess that IS Cicero. I thought to was Jeff shaved, and it would make sense because Cicero is a little kid, and how would he sound like Jeff? It’s more confusing now…make it stop!!!
I think that’s actually Jeff minus his mustache. He does look a lot like like Cicero, but Mutt never seems to notice that.
