Okay, next you disconnect the positive terminal from the battery, get a 5/16 inch nut driver or a #2 Phillips screwdriver and loosen the two screws holding the ignition coil in place. Remove the connector from the coil, and pull the coil straight upward to avoid damaging the spark plug. Take the screws from the old coil, and push them through the mounting holes on the new coil and lower it into position. Using the nut driver or phillips screwdriver, start tightening the screws enough so that the threads are engaged. Push down on the coil so it seats onto the spark plug, tighten the screws until snug, (do not overtighten) and reconnect the coil wire. After removing all tools, reconnect the positive terminal on the the battery, start the engine and check to see if the engine miss has been fixed.
