In the world of kids, this guy would be called a bully. In the adult world, charges could possibly pressed against him for assault, Which makes me wonder if children should not be afforded the same legal protections as adults.
Stevero, Cindy Knight - I was thinking this morning that this is the kind of adult a kid who was bullied might grow up to become. Hostile, but always in a way that he could claim to be “just kidding!” and thereby have a defense. I can’t believe that anyone could be that oblivious to the feelings of others, otherwise.
