Yep that’s me. I flatten and roll the tube to the end and then use my thumb to push behind the opening to get the last dregs out. Use a paper clamp to keep the tube from unrolling.
I don’t bother with toothpaste anymore. My teeth are like stars…they come out at night. A glass, a denture tablet and some warm water. Next morning, minty fresh!
From the looks of that tube, she’s about a month early for that. Then again, what do I know? I don’t put a three-inch bead on my brush like I’m expecting to caulk a tub with it.

A good pair of pliers will work too.

Toothpaste arithmetic. The first 95% lasts about a month, the remaining 5% lasts another month.

There’s enough on her brush for three brushings!

And muscle rub.

That is WAY TO MUCH paste she pressed out. All you need is a pea size amount. AND use a toothpaste key. Liked the scissor comment above

The Dollar Tree (everything’s a dollar) sells a plastic tube roller that works great. Mine has lasted many years. Really squeezes everything out.

Way way way too much toothpaste for a single brushing. We pluggers are MUCH more frugal than that.

Cut open the empty tube and you can get another 2 weeks out of it.
