That reminds me of a “Dick Van Dyke” episode, where he and Lora got held up in an elevator. When talking with the robber (Don Rickles) he said when he was a kid playing “cops and robbers”, he always had to play the cop — never the good guy.
Keep your eye upon the donut and not upon the hole…..
There is a hole in the logic of that statement somewhere I think.
The donuts usually win.
I wonder how true that is. The cops I see on the street all look like they go to the gym 5 days a week.
You cannot play that game without a glass of milk.
So which one did you play? The cop or the donut?
It’s interesting how there is a stereotype about cops loving doughnuts, because you know who else loves doughnuts? ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE!
My first stop on my first shift as a Police Officer was the Donut shop, but in all fairness I was being supervised by my FTO.
Cosmo…it shows.
It’s a funny comic, but the events in Minneapolis might cause it to be perceived as ill-timed.
