Today is Greek day. I’ll be away translating the gospel of Mark and memorizing about 200 words for a quizz today. Then I come home to study for a quizz in the Old Testament.

Dry & Tabby, I have no problems doing laundry. It’s dusting that I refuse to do. I also just cleaned out LilG’s car. I used it to go to the coast and it got kind of sandy and full of ocean mist deposits.

okay you guys, y’all are going to have to keep me awake, i cant study if im sleeping. i just went take about a 30 min nap and im just as tired as i was before if not more. so you guys are gonna have to do like old times and start yapping!

Dry very good question. why is he doing laundry?

you know the funny thing here is that when we got Zoie our first cat, we complained because she didnt let us love on her or hold her or anything of the sorts. well now we get this one, tiger and hes the polar oppiset. you cant do anything without him being right in the way. i think his name should have been Trip just as much as my dogs name is trip. right now hes sitting in my lap watching me type this up and some times looking at the screan like what the hey is she doing? its funny. but anyoing. its hard to do hw or to study or to read book or even go to the bathroom because there he is! funny huh? oh c r u d hes climbing in the computer trying to help now.

Dry why, should LilG do all the laundry? She is out earning money to keep me in the lifestyle to which I have become accustomed. snerk, just kidding,if I could only be so lucky.

has any of you dog lovers ever had a dog to live up to the age of 14 or older? Sweet Pea aka pea is 14 1/2 and shes to the point to where she dosent want to eat dog food. shes had people food all her life… dont fuss me i didnt do it and i know its bad just not me who did it and shes still living and healthy. but shes become picky about what she eats. i will fix her 3 to 4 things before i can even get her to taste just one of them. its nuts! what do u do?

Well cleo generally, when you run around nekkid, you shouldn’t have any dirty clothes to wash! ;-)

Tabby I am at the desk top now, checking these emails and my cat Mittens jumps up here all the time when I’m here, and plops herself down in front of the monitor. I have to move her so I can see down in the left hand corner! LOL!

ugh i have a whole book to read for thus and tiger just climbed on up here in my lap and pushed it down and sat on it. he must agree that the book is just not all that good.

Tabby my Teddy and Gallagher lived to the ages of 16 and 17, Charlie Girl to 12, but she had bone cancer. Teddy and Gallagher just died of old age. My kitty Hannah Bee (my first avatar),* which I will bring back again sometime, I need to scan my doggies so I can put them too) she llived 4 days past her 16th birthday. I guess when it’s time, you just know. Charlie Girl died at home, Hannah died in my arms on the way to her final journey, and Teddy and Gallagher, well we just knew it was time. And believe me, it is NOT EVER an easy decision.

Try feeding Sweet Pea some boiled rice with some flavored broth or real fine chopped up chicken or cooked hamburger mixed into the rice, and see if she’ll eat that. Make sure Mrs. P and them, don’t feed YOUR dogs all those tabel scraps. A treat now and then I see no problem with, but not as thier main source of food, not good to do that.

Tabby my dog Kaya lived to be 14. Your dog seems as if she prefers to be the Queen of her castle. You either humor her or only give her the food that you want her to eat. It sounds like she is used to being spoiled and trying to change her will be tough.

Dry, laundry does not have to be clothes (silly girl), we use cloth napkins, I don’t sleep on a straw bed, I have sheets, we have placemats, dish cloths, dish towels, towels for the hot tub and lake. What, you think I live in a cave, or what? :-P

Dry when we buy extra hamburger meat i always take her some out and cook it with some sweet peas and fix in in a bag for her, she has enough for one meal a day for a week. some of the bags will have a little rice in it witht he sweet peas and meat other dont. she needs her vitems thats why i put the peas in it and thats the only vegg i can get her to eat. we have turkey meat thats like ground meat and i cook that for her, shes not so big on that one. we try to get her healthy things. she used to only get it as treats, just like the rest of the dogs, trust me we spend a ton on dog and cat food. but now shes just picky

Cleo you are so right. she is the queen bee of her castle. and she knows it! she has dibeaties so we have to get her to eat. it used to be hotdogs, but that was just not good for her at all. so i started cooking for the dog. sigh shes lucky i love her. lol

Tabby when I first adopted Kaya she was allergic to the dog food that I bought and the vet suggested we start out by me fixing her lamb and rice, which seems to be a basic diet that works well for all dogs. I bought ground lamb, made rice and added bone meal as a supplement. She loved it. You might try something like that. You could make a bunch of rice ahead of time and add bone meal to it, then brown some lamb as you need it.

so the house is a mess and mr l is on his way home hes about 30 mins from here. oh crud! hw has been keepin me busy. sorry. well that means ill be in and out more now. less in then out. lol love u guys. ill be back dont worry

Mua is pretty picky when he wants to be, but if I leave his food long enough, it gets eaten or thrown out. He’s not starving, I can tell you that.

Our summers are SPECTACULAR! HEAT, HUMIDITY, THUNDER STORMS, WARM SUMMER BREEZES WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN? HEAVEN ON EARTH MAN!

Even we Canadians have buds on our trees and I think I saw a flower… indoors!

Summer storms and humidity. I love it! Especially the warm summer evenings on a beach.

Except we sold our cottage. :-(
