I have a bag of squeekies for fixing toys. Actually half a bag, as I gave the other half to the Vet students at OSU, so they could do implants at their surgery booth on Pet Day.
My first Lab would chew the heck out of a squeaky toy and within about 15 minutes he’d have the “squeaker” out and on the floor. Luckily, he never swallowed one! (Hint to Brian: Might make an interesting thread!)
I used to LOVE listening to my dog play with her squeaky toys. She got such pleasure out of each and every one of them and it really gave me all the feels to know that I had picked out just the right ones for her enjoyment. We had that sweet little girl for 17 wonderful years until she went to the Rainbow Bridge a year ago and I still miss her like crazy every single minute of every single day. Life was definitely a whole lot more fun with her around! ♥
