And that, folks, is why I don’t flip the pancakes into the air!

For many, a favorite part of Cheyenne Frontier Days is watching the Kiwanis cooks flip pancakes over their heads and Boy Scouts catching them in serving pans, at the Monday, Wednesday and Friday Chuckwagon Breakfasts.

Must’ve hurt – HOT off the griddle.
