I trained people like Ruthie with not a clue hence my 50 page booklet I gave with the class with step by step instructions on turning the computer on/off and how to get to programs and then a section on all the programs and how to use them.
The difficulty is that if you are used to positioning a mirror you have to move the camera in the opposite direction.
