Like - that word should be banned from the language!

Like ya’know it should.

But how many answers will you remember?

And why do they always end every statement with the word “so”?

I don’t know what’s worse…..LIKE…or…..Y’KNOW?

Earl should think of it as a time saver. Nelson could say “That’s like asking 3 questions, Grampa.” But not having to say the extra word ASKING, Earl some of his precious time to do something else. The word LIKE is a huge time saver in the big picture.

Nice to see Earl still have room for questions in that mind of his; a shame there’s no room for the answers.

I’m with you aaf709, that is what has happened to this word. One has to actually think to not use it.
