Wallace’s father looks at his watch, mutters “yep, right about now”, and heads out to his fishing boat to go to goat island and pick everybody but the goat up

I notice that apparently nothing fazes Amelia. Spud is the only 8 year old with an ulcer. That kid needs a chill pill.

I just noticed the Seagull is taking a nap too!

Who is that on the shore with their arms out?

Ketchup. Breakfast of champions.

Those crazy kids! What comedy!

All 6 of my siblings put ketchup on their scrambled eggs. Disgusting! But I’ve eaten some pretty tasty goat..

And a potential great source of proteins.

Don’t say “I miss ketchup” around Amelia, Spud. You never know when Ketchup Girl will strike.

5 will get you 10 Amelia rolls into the sea.

In real life, Goat Island has a very nice hotel.

Oh good, the goat did permit them ashore after all. What a nice goat.

I love how Amelia just goes to sleep in the end

Tell ya what. That is one round island. Be content on any island, Spud. See how it works for Wallace, Amelia, the Seagull…and Maahhh the Goat?

I’ve gotten to the point where I skip ahead to the last panel to see what Spud says. He always cracks me up.

The goat kinda reminds me of Sterling…

but the boat didn’t sink; Wallace pushed it up on the rocks. at least they afre remaining where they are until Wallace’s dad realizes the boat with the kids inside is gone.

She is already planning on eating them if things get desperate. Notice she called them “clam cakes”…

I’m not sure I would lie down on Goat Island…
